What is the Return Policy for Apparel?
- Should you be dissatisfied with your order, you have the option to request a return within 3 days of its receipt. Ensure that you retain the packaging and order details for reference.
- Send the item back to us using a cost-effective courier service or registered post. We will initiate the refund process upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse and verifying its quality.
- Typically, it takes 7-10 working days for the returned product to reach us, though this duration may extend due to prevailing pandemics or other restrictions. The entire refund procedure spans approximately 10-14 working days from your request date, with the refund credited to your original payment method after deducting the shipping charges from the initial amount.
Note:
- For returns, the item must be unused, unwashed, with intact labels and tags, and returned in its original packaging along with the bill copy within 3 days of delivery to ensure its good condition.
- In the event of a damaged or tampered package upon delivery, notify the delivery person immediately for resolution.
- Custom orders and Surprise tees are non-returnable, and special offer products are ineligible for return or replacement.
- For any incorrect or damaged products, contact us at mail@theuoot.com, providing the necessary details. Remember to include your contact details and order number when returning items, and you will bear the postal charges.
I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
- Forward images of the product to mail@theuoot.com, and our Customer Care Executive will guide you through the process, arranging for a reverse pickup.
Can I get a refund on a canceled order?
